Mt. Richmond is a vineyard in the foothills of the coast range that is owned and farmed by Elk Cove Vineyards. As such, it is our only non-estate offering made exclusively for our wine club.
Johnson Vineyard is easily one our boldest, darkest and spiciest sites for growing Pinot noir and the 2014 Johnson Pinot is an excellent representation of this.
The 2014 Pommard Clone Pinot noir from Stermer Vineyard marks the debut of our limited release clonal selection series. The Pommard clone is one of our favorites and we could think of no better clone to showcase for 2014.
Wine Club exclusive! As our highest elevation vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, Briscoe produces expressive Pinot noir with racy, natural acidity – factors that make it well suited for whole cluster inclusion.
92 pts! "Glazed cherries, strawberry compote, spice box and vanilla come through on the nose. Medium to full-bodied with lots of spices and blue fruit, dense tannins and a chewy finish." - James Suckling
91+ pts! "Pale ruby-purple in color, the 2015 Pinot Noir Stermer Vineyard has notes of warm cranberries, rose petals and dusty earth with a raspberry tart undercurrent.
