"Intense raspberry, cherry-cola and spicecake scents are complemented by suggestions of candied rose and vanilla. Concentrated yet lively in style, offering appealingly sweet red berry liqueur, spicecake and floral pastille flavors that show no rough edges."

"Dark cherries and toasted spices make for a captivating nose with plenty of immediate interest. The deeply rich dark-cherries on the palate are cast along fluid, long and sturdy tannin lines. Strong finish. Drink or hold."
Although fermented to dryness, the palate is rich, long and mineral with excellent natural acidity.
Chestnut Hill Vineyard produces some of our very best wines. As our coolest, highest elevation vineyard, we are able to make “cold climate” wines that defy the warmth of the vintage.

"A fragrant edge to the nose here with a wealth of ripe red cherries and light, herbal nuances. The palate is quite succulent and has plenty of rich, dark-fruit flavors and delivers a fluid, long, dark-fruited finish. Drink now."
The 2018 Rosé of Pinot Noir pairs exceptionally well with yard games and belly laughs, tan lines and BBQs, lawn chairs and friends. Not solely intended for Summer, this wine pairs well with all seasons but will harken us back to warmer times on even the grayest of February days.

"Brilliant magenta. An exotically perfumed bouquet displays intense red/blue fruit, Asian spice, vanilla and licorice qualities, with a zesty mineral topnote that builds in the glass..."
93 pts – "There is a wealth of dried lavender on the nose of this pinot noir as well as herbs, vanilla and red plums. The palate is nicely fresh but with plenty of red apple fruit, grainy tannins and a fruity, chewy finish. Drink in 2020." - James Suckling
As our highest elevation vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, Briscoe produces expressive Pinot noir with racy, natural acidity – factors that make it well suited for whole cluster inclusion.
92 pts! "Glazed cherries, strawberry compote, spice box and vanilla come through on the nose. Medium to full-bodied with lots of spices and blue fruit, dense tannins and a chewy finish." - James Suckling
