2014 Chestnut Hill Vineyard Pinot noir-92 pts
92 pts. Wine Advocate.....At a maximum elevation of 1,000 feet, Chestnut Hill Vineyard is one of the highest vineyards in the North Willamette Valley. As our coolest vineyard site, it responded exceedingly well to the warmth of the 2014 vintage and beautifully inherited the elegance associated with cool climate viticulture and the ripeness of a warm growing season. The high-toned nose reveals strawberry, cherry, allspice. The palate shows more depth with black cherry, earth and plum carried on a silken finish of spice and delicate red fruit and mineral finish.
