Chestnut Hill Vineyard produces some of our very best wines. As our coolest, highest elevation vineyard, we are able to make “cold climate” wines that defy the warmth of the vintage.
Crafted in an ice-wine style, this sweet dessert Riesling was made using a freezing process to extract only the sweetest, juiciest nectar from each grape; leaving most of the water content behind. Through an extended 20+ hour pressing cycle, we were able to define the richness of the Riesling grape and develop this lovely dessert wine.
