2015 Jerome Reserve
Pinot noir- 93 pts

Jerome Reserve Pinot noir is a collection of the best 20 barrels of the vintage. In most years, it is predominantly barrels from both Meyer and Stermer Vineyards. New to the 2015 Jerome is the inclusion of both Chestnut Hill and Johnson Vineyards to the mix, which adds even more depth to this reserve wine. It is a compilation of high elevation Dijon clones from Dundee Hills and Chehalem Mountains, which contribute red fruit and elegance and lower elevation Wadenswil and Pommard clones from Yamhill-Carlton, which contribute richness, spice, and earth. The wine exudes red cherry and raspberry fruit along with milk chocolate, vanilla, tealeaf, cinnamon, and anise undertones. It shows an amazing structure that leads into a long and juicy finish. This is definitely a bottle that will age well into the next decade.

"Translucent ruby-red. Highly perfumed aromas of red fruit preserves, cherry-cola, candied flowers and baking spices, along with a smoky mineral overtone..." - Josh Raynolds
92 Points - Wine Spectator
Refined and well-built, with sleekly layered raspberry, river stone and spice flavors that persist toward polished tannins. Drink now through 2024. 495 cases made.
