2017 Mt. Richmond Pinot noir
The 2017 Mt. Richmond was fermented for 30 days on the skins, opposed to the more standard 10 days. This translates to a more deeply concentrated, fleshy and savory wine. The nose is dark and spicy with notes of black currant, dried cherry, anise and freshly cracked black pepper. This wine’s texture is magnificently dense which persists long through its elegant, mineral finish.
