2019 Pinot noir Rosé

The grapes for this Estate Rosé were farmed specifically for this purpose and were picked early from three different sites in three different AVAs in order to maintain freshness and natural acidity while enhancing complexity. The grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels. The 2019 Rosé of Pinot noir opens with aromas of strawberry and peach moving into kiwi fruit and white flowers. Candied lemon peel mixed with cantaloupe showcases both the citrus and tropical elements of the wine. A concentrated floral quality mixed with passion fruit leaps from the glass. The palate invites weight from barrel aging while maintaining a focused, zippy and mineral finish.
